Relishing in their role as the boy's primary interaction with adult Cub Scout leadership, Den Leaders maintain a friendly relationship with Cub Scouts, encouraging them to advance within Scouting and seeing that proper recognition is earned.

From firing the imagination of the Cub Scouts to create the monthly program to helping prepare for the pack meeting, the Den Leader creates a place where young boys learn to work together. The Den Leader also works with other adults from the den or the pack to further enhance the Cub Scout experience.

This coin is minted in a proprietary brass alloy, given an antique finish and is selectively imbued with durable high-gloss enamel. The reverse has an area that is ready for engraving. This coin comes packaged in a polybag with a header card.
